Congratulations to Corey Marsh and Maddie Blodgett for winning recognition in the 2013 Boston Globe Scholastic Art and Writing Awards.
For the third consecutive year Corey has received and award - this year an honorable mention for his oil painting of a Foosball table at night. He now has one a Gold Key, a Silver Key and two honorable mentions over the years. Maddie received the top prize of a Gold Key for her painting of her dog Charlotte posing in the dog's favorite green arm chair. Maddie's painting will be displayed in Boston next month and will also move on to the National part of the awards competition. Great job.
