Attention Seniors - Scholarship opportunity for anyone continuing studies in the Visual Arts
Please don't miss the deadline to apply for the Emily and Leo Boosahda scholarship. See me for details as soon as possible if you need more information or check on the WBAF web page.
The West Boylston Arts Foundation has established the Emily & Leo Boosahda Visual Arts Scholarship to honor the lifelong commitment, love, and passion for art that infused the lives of Emily and Leo Boosahda. Mrs. Boosahda touched the lives of countless students as an art teacher in the West Boylston schools for over 20 years. She also conducted numerous workshops, exhibitions, and classes in her studio for West Boylston residents of all ages. Her husband, Leo, not only supported Emily’s work, but was involved in art festivals and community events throughout his life. The scholarship will continue Mr. & Mrs. Boosahda’s legacy by assisting students from West Boylston that plan on continuing their education in the visual arts.
